Sea and Beach is located at Soi Seapoint, one minute walk to the beach, are our brand new apartments.
All the apartments, featuring a large living-room, separate bedroom, big bathroom and balcony with sea view.
The apartments have comfortable air-conditions, fridge, complete kitchen and big- screen TV.
Everything is new and clean!
And soon we have a big clean Jacuzzi free to use for our customers!

Within walking distance there are many restaurants, bars and shops.
5 Star restaurants and the famous Walking Street are within 10 taxi minutes.
Hundreds of taxis are waiting to bring you to any place in or around Jomtien or Pattaya for an agreeable low price.

Our room rates during low season months are 1,000 Baht and during high season months are 1,400 Baht a day.
