with three sets each lasting forty five minutes

Appetizers

* Smoked Scottish salmon with caper berries, lemon & fresh horseradish

* Warm, sweet roasted red onion tart with Grana Padano cheese & chive cream sauce

* Avocado & crab cocktail on ice with a lime & dill dressing

* Italian cold cuts with a char grilled vegetable salad & herb crostini

* Bacon wrapped barbeque shrimps with a tangy barbeque sauce

* Traditional Caesar salad (prepared tableside) with aged parmesan, anchovies & crisp pancetta

* Fresh Australian mussels steamed with herbs, tomatoes & white wine served with garlic bread

* Cream of golden pumpkin soup with curried chicken quenelles


Main course

* 200gr grilled Wagyu tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms & red wine sauce

* Carved from the trolley - Roast Sirloin of U.S. beef, shallot sauce, Yorkshire pudding

* Grilled Australian lamb chops on stuffed roasted eggplant, tomato & basil sauce

* Roast pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon on braised savoy cabbage, apple sauce & cider jus

* Pan fried chicken breast on black tagliatelle noodles, mushroom cream sauce

* Warm poached Tasmanian salmon salad with dill hollandaise & buttered baby potatoes & carrots

* Pan fried snow fish on ginger braised leeks, white butter sauce & salmon caviar

Main courses are served with fresh vegetables
or a side salad & a choice of potato

* Tira misu ~ flavoured with coffee, chocolate & amaretto
