The entertainment begins at 8pm
in the dining room with three sets
each lasting forty five minutes
Dinner from 6pm - last orders 10pm

Smoked Scottish salmon with caper berries, lemon & fresh horseradish cream
Warm tart of grilled Mediterranean vegetables with Manchego cheese basil & olive oil
Italian cold cuts with olives artichokes & herb crostini
Bacon wrapped barbeque shrimps with a tangy barbeque sauce
Traditional Caesar salad (prepared tableside)

Caramelized red onion soup with sherry & grilled cheese crouton

Roast Sirloin of U.S. beef shallot sauce Yorkshire pudding

200gr grilled Wagyu tenderloin with sautéed mushrooms & black truffle sauce
Grilled Australian lamb chops with tomato garlic & rosemary
Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin with porcini mushrooms sautéed apple & Madeira jus
Canadian lobster & king prawn thermidor in the shell grilled with Gruyere cheese
Steamed red snapper fillet & seared scallops on braised leeks ginger & salmon caviar
